Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
For children from 6-18 years old, there are currently two levels of fees to choose from:
- Volunteer Package (‘VP’) : $270 – you volunteer at the Club during the season (such as canteen duty, refereeing, etc).
- No Volunteer Package (‘NVP’): $330 – you do not wish to help out as a volunteer during the season.
MiniRoos Kick-off (4-5 years old) is a flat fee of $150.
During the season, your child will receive weekly training and coaching from a dedicated Coach, including a game day held against another team each Sunday. Your child will also receive the loan of a BJSC soccer top (to be returned at the end of the soccer season), team photos, an end-of-season wind-up day, medals and trophies (when applicable).
Your fees also cover Club running costs, such as balls, nets, the hiring of Miles Park and its clubrooms, pitch lighting (during Winter), first aid kits and ongoing pitch maintenance.
The Club provides the loan of a BJSC soccer top for the season. However, the rest of the soccer ‘kit’ (uniform) needs to be purchased:
- Socks & shorts (for 6–18 year olds) - to be purchased from us.
- Shin pads (mandatory for safety reasons) can be purchased from the Club for $10.
- Soccer boots – from a retailer of your choice.
