Each player registering after 15th February may incur an additional $20 fee.
Fees are to be paid at registration. Any player with outstanding fees from 2008 will not be registered until arrangements have been made to pay outstanding money.
Players will not be registered with Football West and can not play until fees have been paid.
Players will not be registered with Football West until allocated to a team. If for any reason a player is not allocated a team through no fault of his/her own the fees will be refunded.
Past players will receive priority allocation until 15th February 2008.
Football West have again changed their registration system. Player registration can be done at www.myfootballclub.com.au. You will need your registration number from 2009. This is a new system to Football West and Belmont Junior Soccer and we cannot guarantee your registration is received by the priority allocation date. The registration (NRR03) form can be downloaded by clicking here (or Right-click and then Save As). All forms can be returned to the club during registration days or mailed to PO Box 286, Cloverdale 6985. Please ensure all information is provided on all forms.
