REGISTRATION DETAILS

2008 FEES

$110 for Under 6's to Under 12’s

$120 for Under 13’s to Under 16's

$140 for Under 19's and Under 21's

$90 for each subsequent child in each immediate family.

Registrations will be taken at Miles Park, Cloverdale on Sunday the 17^th and 24^th of February, 2008 between 10am and 2pm.

PLEASE NOTE - Registrations after February 24^th, 2008 will incur a $20 fee per registration.

•  Fees are to be paid at registration. 

• Any player with out standing fees from 2007 will not be registered until arrangements have been made to pay the outstanding money.

• Players will not be registered with Football West and can not play until full fees have been paid.

• Players will not be registered with Football West until allocated to a team.  If for any reason a player is not allocated a team through no fault of his/her own the fees will be refunded.

• Past players will receive priority allocation until February 24^th, 2008.

Football West have again changed their registration cards and all players require a new digital photo.  The guidelines set out by Football West are; 

• Photo must be in one of these formats - .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png
• The size of the photo should be approximately 24mm x 32mm and ideally be in the ratio of 3:4 and have a resolution no higher than 300dpi.

Should you wish to supply your own photo via email then please send it to belmontjuniorsoccer@yahoo.com.au - Please use the players full name as the file name.  We will be using "jpg’s" as our standard format.  Photos will also be taken on the above registration days if you are unable to do so.

Please register as soon as possible.  The Club cannot and will not hold places open if we do not hear from the players directly.  Your assistance in this matter will be appreciated to avoid any later embarrassment.
